· Functioning and System of Payment with the card DISCOUNT OF HIFE, S.A.

By means of the card discount you can obtain discounts in the urban lines of Tortosa, the card has a purchase price of 4 € and its technical duration is 2 years. In 2 years it must be renewed in order to keep the same services. Besides of the corresponding discount to the chosen distance, it can also be applied in the case if the card is used in distances of equal price or lower than that of the select bond.  If the cost is maximum, you will also be able to use it but without discount.

· Advantages of the card:

- Enjoy a discount in the following lines:

- Urban lines of Tortosa L-1, L-2 and L-3

- inter-city lines of the Terres de l'Ebre, lines of Castellon, Valencia, Tarragona and regular lines  to Barcelona.

- Practical and of easy in USE. It is not necessary to take money with you.

- Recharge it on board of our bus or ticket offices indicating the distance that you do habitually and obtain discount in it and in one of the lower price. It can be acquired or be recharged in the proper bus or in the HIFE ticket offices. With every recharge or payment of distance.
      

· What happens with the recharged balance in the card?

The balance of your card is printed in the ticket that you get after using it(the card) or if not  the bus conductor can give you information about it. The recharge can be done any time, it isn’t necessary to exhaust the whole balance.

If you preserve it you will always know the available balance.  Offered  card  works  the same way as  a purse card , the changes of tariffs and / or the use it  in a NOT HABITUAL distance to that of the type of  bond you have  can  cause some disproportion in  the amount  in relation to the trips. When this situation takes place our ticket offices and / or our drivers can help you to arrange the problem, if not you can go to the Ticket office of Tortosa where this procedure is performed.
