Conditions
The passenger’s failure to appear at the place and time of departure will result in the loss of the trip and will not entitle them to change the ticket or receive a refund of its amount.
Ticket cancellations must be carried out through the same channel in which they were purchased. In the event of cancelling a ticket bought with a discount card or at a physical point of sale, you must go to the point of sale or, if this is not possible, physically send the ticket to Hife in order to process the cancellation. In the event of loss or misplacement of the ticket, since it cannot be duly presented, no changes or refunds may be made.
Ticket cancellations are subject to deductions depending on when they are requested, as follows:
- For cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the service departure, the ticket amount will be refunded minus 10%.
- For cancellations requested between 48 and 2 hours before the service departure, the ticket amount will be refunded minus 20%.
- Less than 2 hours before the service departure, cancellations are not accepted.
Tickets must be cancelled through the same channel in which they were purchased. - In case of ticket cancellation, any management fee, if applicable, will not be refunded.
- The cancellation of round-trip tickets affects both journeys; it is not possible to cancel only one of them.
- Exception: on journeys to/from Barcelona and Barcelona Airport, tickets can be cancelled or changed up to 45 minutes before departure.
