Shipping packages
How to send packages and envelopes in our bus services?
- The service operates from Monday to Friday on working days and between certain origins - destinations.
- Payment is made at the point of origin.
How to send?
- If the route in which you want to send your envelope or package does not appear, request information at 977 44 03 00.
- Check the table of ENVELOPES AND PACKAGES RATES (payment is made at the point of origin) and SHIPPING AND COLLECTION SCHEDULES.
- Take your package properly packed, protected and identified, you can download the corresponding labels here, to the point of shipment. If there is a ticket office, you must deliver it to the window, if this is not the case, go directly to the bus stop where our driver will take over and charge you the corresponding amount.
- Correctly identify and fill in all the fields your envelope or package (see / download identifier)

Where and how do i pick it up?
Check the table of SHIPPING AND COLLECTION TIMES If there is a ticket office at the destination point, it will be collected there, if not, go directly to the bus stop where our driver will deliver the package or envelope with prior corresponding identification.
IMPORTANT: in the absence of the recipient at the time of collection at the bus stop, the envelope or package is returned to its point of origin. In THIS CASE, the sender must go to the point of origin and process a new shipment, paying, again, the corresponding amount. Request more information at 977 44 03 00
