New connection between Andorra and France with the Andorra la Vella - Ax-les-Thermes line

The Andorran towns of Andorra la Vella, Encamp, Canillo, Soldeu and Pas de la Casa are connected to the French towns of Hospitalet-Près-la Andorre and Ax-les-Thermes thanks to a new regular public transport line. This line takes advantage of SNCF rail connections in the Ariège region, creating a unique intermodal connection between Occitania and Andorra.

The line offers two daily departures in each direction, synchronised with SNCF train schedules in France (see more information and schedules). This allows for convenient intermodal travel for tourism, shopping or work.

Advance online ticket sales

To facilitate access to the service, an advance ticket sales system has been implemented, available both on the hifeandorra.com website and the Hife APP (iOS and Android). This system allows tickets to be purchased in advance, avoiding queues at stops, and offers additional functionalities to manage journeys efficiently.
