VIRTUAL PASS X C.Valenciana: discounts for regular trips with HIFE

The discounts include a general discount of 40%, 50% on titles intended for young people and free admission for children up to and including 14 years of age.

HIFE users can benefit from reduced rates on season tickets and multi-trip tickets for services under the jurisdiction of the Generalitat Valenciana included in this measure.

VIRTUAL PASS X C.Valenciana allows access to a general discount of 40% and a 50% reduction on titles intended for young people, in accordance with the requirements of each modality.

The discounts apply exclusively to journeys included in the HIFE services under the jurisdiction of the Generalitat Valenciana. Having the origin and destination within the Valencian Community does not, in itself, guarantee the application of the discount.

How to use it
Management is done through the HIFE Virtual Pass. To use it, you must access your HifeClass account from the website or app, select the origin and destination and check that the journey has a discounted rate.

Next, you must top up the pass with the amount equivalent to 10 trips on the selected route, calculated with the corresponding discounted fare, and use it to purchase the tickets.

Children's free admission
Minors up to and including 14 years of age can use these services for free by showing a document proving their age directly to the driver.

More and better public transport
The discounts are financed by the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility of the Government of Spain and by the Generalitat Valenciana, with the aim of promoting the use of public transport and facilitating daily travel.

The discounts apply until December 31, 2026. Season tickets and multi-trip tickets purchased with these reductions during the validity period can be used until January 15, 2027, in accordance with the conditions established by the regulations.
